Request RMA
Before request a RMA, please read Warranty / RMA policy carefully.
To request RMA, here is the instruction.
Please send an email "RMA request order# <the order number>" in the following format to
(To locate your order correctly and quickly, we suggest you reply your order email, copy and paste the following section and fill in the needed fields.):

Notes:
After you initiated a RMA request, we will request RMA to our suppliers and issue RMA number to you. All returns will be shipped directly from buyers to our suppliers. Our suppliers will carry all visual inspections, serial numbers checking and power on testing on behalf of us.
We'll preview your request and issue you a RMA number within 1-2 business days.
